Roberto Codazzi, scientific curator, journalist, musician, and musicologist, guides the selection of the young operatic talents of Tasting Opera and creates pairings between the favorite dishes of the great composers and their most famous arias. Always attuned to the dialogue between music and gastronomy, he has dedicated essays and publications to this theme, including "L’alfabeto della cucina verdiana" and "Musicisti a tavola".
