Each event is tailor-made and staged in exclusive venues, engaging top-level chefs and brigades who design a customized menu every time, presenting Italian cuisine with style, personality, and creativity.

Tasting Opera combines music and cuisine to create sensory experiences that transport the audience back to the time and spirit in which these operatic masterpieces were born.

A Risotto alla Verdi may accompany an aria from Rigoletto, just as a Tournedos Rossini can converse with the notes of Il Barbiere di Siviglia, or Libiamo ne’ lieti calici can be paired with a fine Italian wine. Each event is a story to be lived and remembered, passed down as part of Italy’s cultural heritage, in a harmonious dialogue of sounds, flavors, and memory.

Tasting Opera has taken part in major institutional events: from the Future Hospitality Summit 2024 at the Medinat Jumeirah in Dubai, to the gala dinner at the Park Hyatt Dubai, to the 50th anniversary of the NIAF Foundation at Palazzo Colonna in Rome.

Looking ahead to 2026, important international tours are already in preparation.
